These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Pixopixo, including the Pixopixo mobile app, website, interactive player, creation tools, publishing features, and related services.
By creating an account, submitting content, generating an interactive experience, viewing a public work, or otherwise using Pixopixo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Pixopixo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Pixopixo is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your country. Do not use Pixopixo if you are not old enough to consent to these Terms and to the processing of your personal information.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may ask you to verify your email address or authenticate through supported sign-in providers before you can access certain features.
3. Invitations and Early Access
Some features, including creation and publishing, may be available on an invitation basis. Invite codes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, published, or redeemed for value. We may limit, revoke, or expire invitations and waitlist positions at any time, including where we suspect abuse. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access.
4. The Pixopixo Service
Pixopixo helps users create, remix, publish, and play AI-assisted interactive visual content. Features may include text prompts, media upload, camera capture, AI analysis, interactive HTML experiences, draft management, community publishing, profiles, notifications, and feedback tools.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature when needed to improve the service, maintain safety, comply with law, or protect users and our systems.
5. Your Content
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploaded media, profile information, feedback, and other content you submit to Pixopixo. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content.
You grant Pixopixo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, display, transmit, and create outputs from your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the service. If you publish content publicly, this license includes the right to make that content available to other users and viewers. For clarity, the license above includes creating and operating the interactive layer generated from your submitted media (such as interaction timelines, cues, and playable experiences derived from your video).
If you delete your account, it will first be deactivated for 30 days, during which you can restore it by signing back in. After the 30-day window, your account and associated content, including generated interactive layers, will be permanently deleted, except where limited retention is required as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-Generated Outputs
Pixopixo may use artificial intelligence systems and third-party model providers to analyze prompts and media, generate assets, create interactive experiences, and evaluate results. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to outputs provided to others, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them. Pixopixo does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, legally protectable, or free of third-party claims.
7. Public Sharing and Community Features
When you publish a work publicly, your profile information, prompts or descriptions, generated experience, media previews, engagement counts, and related metadata may be visible to other users and visitors.
We may remove, restrict, or reclassify public content that violates these Terms, presents safety risks, infringes rights, or may expose Pixopixo or users to legal or operational harm.
Pixopixo provides in-app tools to report content, comments, and users, and to block users. We review reports and may take action including removal, restriction, feature limits, or account termination. We may also use automated systems to help detect content that violates these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not upload, generate, publish, or request illegal content, sexual content involving minors, child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate content, extreme violence, terrorist content, hateful conduct, harassment, threats, or content that encourages self-harm.
Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any person or organization.
Do not impersonate others, mislead viewers, submit malware, abuse APIs, scrape the service, bypass access controls, interfere with security, or use Pixopixo to spam or defraud others.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract models, circumvent moderation or safety controls, or use automated systems in a way that burdens or disrupts Pixopixo.
9. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on Pixopixo infringes your copyright, send a notification to our designated agent at pixoai@pixopixo.com including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (such as a link to the work); (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
If your content was removed due to a copyright notification and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the elements described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will process notifications and counter-notifications as required by applicable law.
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
10. Device Permissions
Some features may request access to your camera, microphone, media library, motion sensors, or storage. You control these permissions through your device settings. If you decline a permission, the related feature may not work.
Certain interactive experiences respond to your camera, microphone, or motion sensors while you play. How this data is processed — including our commitment that it is processed on your device in real time and never recorded or uploaded — is described in the “Sensor Data in Interactive Experiences” section of our Privacy Policy.
11. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, bug reports, or safety reports, you grant Pixopixo permission to use them without restriction or compensation for improving, operating, and securing the service.
12. Third-Party Services
Pixopixo may rely on third-party providers for authentication, cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, email, AI models, analytics, safety, and infrastructure. Those providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own terms.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Pixopixo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Pixopixo or others, or if continued service would be unlawful or commercially impractical.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including rights in content, public sharing, disclaimers, limits of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.
14. Disclaimers
Pixopixo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixopixo and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Pixopixo after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
